New on the test form as of 11/28/2010: AFSC now requires a list of all coaches the tester has taken private lessons from in the past 12 months. This information is necessary in order for the test chair to comply with the USFS rule concerning selection of judges for a tester. If a judge is related to a coach the tester has taken private lessons from in the past 12 months, the judge is prohibited by USFS from judging that student. If the application form is not filled out properly and it is later determined that the tester had taken a lesson from a coach (not listed in the new box on the application) who is related to a judge on their panel, USFS will invalidate the test and the tester must retake the test with a properly formed judging panel. In this event, the tester will be required to reapply and resubmit all necessary fees in order to retake the test. |

DEADLINE: Test forms are due in the hands of the Test Chair by 7 pm 15 days before the test session. (Since our test sessions are usually on Saturdays, this means the deadline will be at 7 pm on the Friday that is two weeks plus one day before the test date.) |

If you are testing Intermediate or higher, or any dance, please contact the Test Chair at least FOUR WEEKS in advance so we can locate appropriate judges. |
| Test Levels |
| Remember that AFSC extends test fee reciprocity to members of other New Mexico USFSA figure skating clubs. In other words, if you are a member of DIFSC or SFSC, you do not have to pay the additional non-club member testing fee. |

Trial Judging at AFSC Test Sessions
Trial judges are welcome at AFSC test sessions. Please contact the AFSC test chair at least one week ahead of the test session.
